Savoury steamed egg

This is on the menu for dinner tomorrow! 100%!!!!

Savory Steamed Egg Custard

POST:  Dad has been up and I have further egg dish education.

Water: only add 1/3 ratio.  But I like my eggs runny so I'd go 1/2 ratio.
Eggs cook from the sides so lift the lid and stir the cook stuff into the middle.  Encourages even cooking.
Meat - add it in fully cooked, or on top as per the recipe attached.
