Biscotti

Thick or thin, it is beautiful.

It's not as hard as I thought it would be!

The trial turned out quite well, o had two logs that I cut into thin and thick versions.  I took the thick ones to work, and I plan on keeping the thins for the table.
But despite the many reminders throughout the day, subconciously I picked up more ingredients.

IT'S A SIGN!!!!
PRAISE THE BISCUIT LORD!!!
Like I need an excuse :p
