Wow! This was easier than I thought!

Marinade the meat, (cheap cut - pork neck) in a mix of sugar, salt, soy, sesame oil, coriander, star aniseed, five spice powder then baste with Hoi Sin and honey. Bake at 200 for 20mins.

Bingo Bango. Barbeque Pork!
